Can I book online?

Yes, online booking is available 24/7 through our booking platform.

New clients we kindly ask new clients to confirm their reservation via SMS or WhatsApp. Unfortunately, we regularly receive false bookings. This affects not only the income of our massage therapists, but also the availability for clients who genuinely wish to book.

How can I book a duo massage or 4-hands massage?

Duo massages and 4-hands massages can only be booked by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail.

Is parking difficult?

Our street is located in a blue parking zone (2h). Free parking is available in the nearby Wervikstraat and in the Zandputstraat (behind the train station), both within walking distance of the salon.

When should I arrive?

We kindly ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Each session is carefully scheduled and the reserved time is fully dedicated to you.

In case of late arrival, we may unfortunately not always be able to guarantee the full duration of the massage, in order to respect the following appointments. The reserved session will still be fully charged.

If you are unable to attend, we kindly ask you to inform us as soon as possible. No-shows or very late cancellations have a major impact on the salon schedule and on the income of the massage therapists, who specifically reserve time for your appointment. In addition, available spots are often lost for other clients.

Should I shower before the massage?

Yes. Out of respect for the massage therapists, we kindly ask clients to shower before the session and wash thoroughly with soap. Showers and care products are available in the salon so each session can take place in a fresh and pleasant environment.
